E.A. Tracy Reimer, B.Sc.,D.C.
Dr. Tracy Reimer graduated with highest honors in 2001 from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. WSCC has a reputation for being one of the top Chiropractic Colleges in North America with an intensive, evidence based scientific training program. Previously, Dr. Reimer earned her Bachelor of Science degree with honors in 1997 from the University of Alberta.
Dr. Tracy Reimer has had an interest in health care from an early age. A career as a Chiropractic Physician rather than a Medical Physician was more appealing to her due to the holistic approach of chiropractic medicine; given the right environment the body has the innate ability to heal itself. In her clinical practice she uses primarily diversified techniques (manual manipulation) and drop table techniques to realign joints of the spine and extremities as well as soft tissue or muscle therapies to reduce pain and improve function. Some patients prefer not to have manual adjustments of their neck therefore Dr. Reimer uses an activator and muscle energy techniques to address neck joint dysfunction. She specializes in providing custom orthotics for conditions which will respond to having corrective foot inserts. Her practice consists of treating patients of all ages, from newborn to the well seasoned senior.
Dr. Reimer provides chiropractic care with a difference. As a non-believer in a “revolving door practice” (a patient being in and out in 5 minutes), Dr. Reimer treats each patient with the time it takes to ensure all their needs are met. During each appointment her main focus is to treat the cause of the issue, develop a treatment plan tailored to each individual and educate each patient on how to manage their condition.
